If you like to train on your own but you don't know what to with all the interesting equipment… Don't sweat it. There will be various training programs available at reception for you to choose from, So you can still have a great workout on your own.

KIDS FITNESS CLASSES:

Our classes are non-competitive and designed for your child to learn, grow, and explore!

Getting our kids stronger safely is important. Using resistance bands to provide more versatility and fun outside of body weight is a great way to get it done.

Kids FITNESS classes! It's Fun, Instructional Training for your child. Speed, running form, agility, balance, and change of direction are emphasized in this program. Core strength, and a small amount of lower and upper body strength is also included for the 10-11 year old kids. From 12-13 we start with more functional strength training. Youth training is a very important part of growing up and we take their growth and hormones into account when we work their programs out.
