Bio about Danie Coetzee

From a young age I always loved all kinds of sports. After school I went to study B.Comm Marketing at the UOFS. This is where I started to focus on rugby. In that time I started playing professional rugby and represented the Cheethas in 12 games. After that I moved to Pretoria and played 102 matches for the Bulls[ Super 14] and Blue Bulls [Currie Cup].

In the second year at the Bulls I was capped for my first Springbok test vs Samoa. From there on I played a futher 15 Tests for the Boks. In 2005 my family and I moved to London,UK were I signed a 5 year contract with London-Irish Rugby Club. I played 93 games for the club and retired from rugby after that.

I currently have Bok smart affiliation as a rugby coach and look forward to become a professional CrossFit instructor.

Bio about Cornel Muller

My passion in life is Sport and every aspect about it. For me the biggest pleasure is to help an individual to become a better athlete and to help them reach their goals.

I am a very active person and a sport fanatic! My hobbies include: Cycling, golf, squash, running, triathlon, netball, scuba diving and basically anything that involves physical activity.

I love to meet new people because everyone is different and it makes life exiting. I love to travel, discover and explore new places. I am highly motivated and dedicated to the task I have in hand. I don’t like to do things half and improper. I really enjoy it to see that I made a difference in someone’s life, even if I just made him smile. Otherwise I am a very positive person and see every conversation as an opportunity to learn something new, because you can never know enough.

What lies behind us and what lies ahead, is nothing compared to what lies WITHIN us.

“When it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened.” John M. Richardson, Jr.

Qualifications:

  • National Fitness Certificate (ETA 2007)
  • Bcom Financial Management (University of the Free State 2012)
  • Crossfit Level 1 (March 2014)

I have been actively involved in different kinds of sport since I’ve been in primary school. I am interested and enjoy watching different sports, including crossfit, rugby, field hockey, freestyle motorbike, different forms of cycling, etc.

I love crossfit and the lifestyle that goes along with it, because you become part of an actively involved and passionate crossfit family. Crossfit has helped me to get to a strength and fitness level that I have never achieved in any other form of training. I also love a South African braai and spending time with my wife, Stefanie, family and friends.

Two of my favourite quotes is:

“I don’t have dreams, I have goals. “Dmitry Klokov

“All things are possible for one who believes.” Mark 9:23
